The compact and portable 2AM lube free series offers air motor operating speed and power output that can be adjusted to meet the precise needs of your application. Their air throttling and pressure control is not only cost effective over electric motor controls, but they also can be stalled or overloaded for long periods without damaging the motor. The 2AM lube free series requires no lubrication, which eliminates oil costs and the need to periodically inspect air motor lubrication systems. With no lubrication in the system, the air exhausted into the work area is free of oil aerosol contamination. In addition to being a non-electrical device and cool running, Gast air motors are ideal for use in hazardous and extreme ambient temperature locations.

The new 2AM lube free series motors are available in two styles:

• The “LL” option offers light oil and minimal rust protection; ideal for applications where motors rarely get oiled or maintained or need to eliminate lubricators completely.
• The “NLP” is a fully oil-free construction with complete corrosion protection for harsh or damp conditions; a truly oilless option when the slightest contamination cannot be tolerated.
