Thermal Protection – Thermal overload protection protects motor windings from damage should the blower become stalled during operation. Additionally, thermal overload protection switches automatically reset when single-phase motor windings cool to a safe level of operation.

UL and CSA-certified TEFC Motor – UL and CSA-certified TEFC motors with permanently sealed ball bearings offer increased protection against weather, dirt and moisture. Permanently sealed ball bearings incorporate polyurea grease, which extends bearing life and offers superior resistance to washout, rust and corrosion.

Aluminium Blower Housing, Impeller and Cover – Aluminium blower housing, impeller, and cover makes major components inherently corrosion-resistant, promoting extended life.

Variable Frequency Drive (3 phase motors) – Models with 3 phase motors can be operated with a variable frequency drive for precise speed and flow control.

Explosion-Proof – Explosion proof models (R6130Q-50, R6340R-50) have motors classified as Explosion Proof Division 1 and 2, which allows blower to be used in Group D explosive atmospheres.  Additionally, these models have sealed air streams to prevent leakage of potentially hazardous gases from unit.
